Shipping + Handling

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES:

Our Handling time is 1 to 2 business days. The estimate shipping time for FREE ECONOMIC SHIPPING option is 2 to 6 days.

If faster shipping is needed, please select faster shipping method available. Do not select Free Economic Shipping.

Shipping time is in accordance to each service provider. Items are shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking information is provided once shipped.

Please note the shipping times are estimated, and item weight and dimensions are not guaranteed by rosbas, LLC.

As items are shipped by USPS, FedEX or UPS. rosbas, LLC is not liable for items damaged in transit but we do have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our customer service department at info@rosbas.comwith your order number, description, and photos of both, damaged package and product, and we will provide a replacement, credit or refund.

Please ensure at checkout that the shipping address provided is correct. Once the order has been shipped, address cannot be changed. If items are returned to us due incorrect address, shipping will need to be re-paid in order for your items to send back out to the correct address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:

We do not provide international shipping, only domestic shipping is available.

The products are not packaged to be export. In case they are export to other countries, payment of taxes, import permits and any legal matters are sole responsibility of the buyer or importer.
