Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES:
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there are any problems, please contact us within 15 days of delivery for your choice of a refund or replacement. If an item should arrive damaged we must be notified as soon as the item arrives up to 24 hours upon arrivals so you can be sent a new item or issue a refund. Please submit photos showing the damage as well as your order number to: info@rosbas.com. If you have a shipping issue please see our Shipping Policy section.
OFFICE HOURS:
Our shop and shipping department is open 9-5pm EST, Monday to Friday (excluding US holidays) and most items are typically processed in 1-2 business days then shipped by your method of choice.
ALL PURCHASES POLICIES:
All designs, pictures and logo used and sold by rosbas, LLC, are copyrighted and may not be copied, altered, or resold (other than wholesale orders). The copyrights mentioned above remains with rosbas, LLC, and do not transfer with the purchase. Please note that color may differ from a computer screen versus a final printed product.
By purchasing any item, you have agreed to these terms.
